All pistols that we build are built, blended, and finished by hand for a superior quality gun inside and out. We usually send the parts off to get nitride or DLC coated after finishing. Each gun is test fire extensively to ensure proper function and accuracy. These are superior perfoming pistols.
4th Axis Machining
We have the capability of machining slides on 4th axis CNC
We can do virtually anything when it comes to machining custom designs on our 1911 slides. Thanks to a ficture we made, we are able to fully machine all parts of a slide on our 4th axis CNC milling machine.
Customization
We can also tune and modify your current 1911 or 2011
From optic cuts, better barrels, trigger jobs, and slide milling we can do anything at BCO. We have full CNC capabilities in the shop so virtually anything is possible to do on your gun. We can tune and make your guns run flawless.
